Information We Collect and Services We Use

• Contact Form

  We collect the name, email address, and message you submit through the contact form. Submissions are delivered to the Studio via the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc.). Your email address is also sent to Meta Conversions API in hashed form (an irreversible transformation) for advertising measurement purposes.

• Cloudflare Turnstile

  We use Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, to protect the contact form against spam and abuse. When the form is displayed and submitted, information about your browser and device is sent to Cloudflare. For details, please see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  A web analytics service provided by Google, which this website runs through Cloudflare Zaraz. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect browsing data and usage environment information (device, browser, region, etc.). Information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, is not sent. Data is managed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

• Meta Pixel / Conversions API (CAPI)

  An advertising measurement tool provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Behavioral data such as site visits, page views, and inquiries is sent through the Meta Pixel, which sends data directly from your browser to Meta (using cookies), and through server-side transmission from our server (Conversions API). Along with this, we send your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), the cookies set by the Meta Pixel (_fbp and _fbc), the click ID (fbclid) when you arrive via an ad, and, when you submit an inquiry, your hashed email address. This enables measurement and optimization of Instagram advertising campaigns. Data is managed in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy.

• Cloudflare Web Analytics

  A privacy-focused analytics tool provided by Cloudflare. It does not use cookies and collects anonymized page view and performance data.

• Google Maps

  We embed Google Maps to show the Studio's location. When the map is displayed, your browser communicates with Google, and Google may use cookies and similar identifiers.

Cookies

Some of the tools listed above use cookies and similar identifiers. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.

Service Providers and Third-Party Disclosure

We classify the recipients of collected information according to how they handle it.

• Service providers (outsourcing): We entrust Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery and spam prevention via Turnstile) and Resend, Inc. (email delivery of inquiries) with handling information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described above.
• Third-party disclosure: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and Google LLC (GA4) also use the information they receive for their own purposes, such as delivering and optimizing advertising and improving their services. In particular, the hashed email address, IP address, cookies (_fbp and _fbc), click ID (fbclid), and on-site activity data sent to Meta may be matched with information Meta holds and handled as personal data. Disclosure to Meta in connection with a contact form submission is based on the consent to this policy you give when submitting the form. Transmission while browsing the website can be stopped using the methods described under "Opt-Out" below.

Other than the above, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties except with your consent or as required by law.

Transfers to Foreign Countries

Most of the service providers listed above are located in the United States, and your information may be processed on servers in foreign countries, including the United States. Security Measures

• All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Access to inquiry contents is limited to what is necessary for our business, and the accounts of the services we use are properly managed.
• When using services provided by foreign businesses, we take security measures based on an understanding of the personal information protection systems of the relevant countries.

Opt-Out

• GA4: Because GA4 data on this website is sent through Cloudflare Zaraz, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on cannot disable it. Please delete or block cookies in your browser, or use tracking prevention features or a content blocker.
• Meta Pixel: Manage through your browser's cookie settings or Meta's Ad Settings.

Requests Regarding Your Personal Information

If you request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, suspension of third-party provision, or disclosure of third-party provision records of your retained personal data, we will respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws after verifying your identity.
